Delivery & Shipping Costs
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the customer has to bear the taxes and custom duties. Shipping costs, cash on delivery fees, taxes, and custom duties cannot be refunded. Only after the registration during the order process the prices stated in the online store are shown without 19% VAT. The invoice is issued without VAT. Shipping is carried out by the Deutsche Post AG or DHL.

Important note
Despite all care, the item may be damaged during transport. In this case, as a matter of course, we refund you the damaged item free of charge for you.
Should you receive the package in an obviously damaged condition, please refuse acceptance, and let the deliverer confirm the damage. Please inform us immediately, and we will send you the item again immediately.
